Unprofessional work

<p>We decided to put aluminum windows and doors in at our house. We made the decision on going to J & B Glass & Aluminum because the were a few thousands cheaper than the business we normally liase with. To our disappointment we received such bad service from this place, firstly they didn't have any samples on work done for clients, this company kept us in the lurch for a month and we already paid more than 70percent on the items purchased. They finally showed up and fitted the windows with that they destroyed our previous windows which was immaculant condition saying we should "throw it away it's ****" btw who r they to decide what shouldn't be reused or not. The company then hired a guy to do the outside of the windows which is a extra service they do for their clients by this time they realised we were unsatisfied , the guy caught on so much nonsense, at this point he was already paid and never showed up to do rest of work. We had to spend more money to get the outstanding work done.The windows and door is so badly cemented that it started to deteriorate. Basically what I'm saying this company is all about the money and hiring unprofessional workers that has absolutely no experience in their field, if anyone wants a proper job done concerning aluminum windows and doors DO NOT GO TO J&B glass & Aluminum in blackheath , you will be utterly dissapointed </p>
