J and S Automation seemingly not qualified and has taken thousands of rands without service delivery or justification on why the fence was a gaming fence and not electrical

J and S Automation has delivered poor installation quality over the last four years. The company has not been able to provide a certificate of compliance and neither have they been able to repair fencing. A lot of money has been spent on both J and S Automation. We have lost thousands of rands. Every time the company has been called out, they have charged us callout fees and seemingly bogus fees and repairs. They have not been forthcoming and neither have they offered a fix. This has resulted in us paying out more funds to secure the electrical fencing and to fix it with a qualified automation specialist. We are very unhappy and hope that other consumers will think twice before they acquire J and S Automation services.
