Incomplete & completely poor workmanship

Once the foundation was complete we were told the quote is incorrect and an additional R15 000 is required. We agreed to pay R80 000. During the course of the next week we paid the company R67 000 via EFT. The R13 000 balance I had to go get material which has now cost me R25 000. They simply refuse to complete the home and demand more money. Their quality of workmanship is extremely poor. They will keep demanding more money and they will never complete.
