THEY CLAIM THAT MY ACCOUNT IS IN ARREARS
I took out a loan from Izwe in 2013 and my last payment is in March. I got an sms from yourselves saying my account is in arrears with R8691.71. I've been paying this account well and you've been debiting the installment from my account each month. Please fix this. I'm not about to pay for what I don't know.
