Still waiting

I called the call centre applying for a consolidation loan and I spoke to Alfred he did some checks to see if I qualify for a personal loan and I gave him my email address so he can email me the form so I can sign n email it back but I never received the email, I called again to confirm my email address and guess what I'm still waiting, and I also sent my required docs to Winny in pta so she can check if I qualify Lord I'm still waiting! What is wrong with ur agents and why do they lie and give yalls company such a bad name? On the Internet it seems easy and quick but the actual human beings make it worse! BAD BAD BAD SERVICE! How long does one check to see if u qualify for a loan? 5hours? A month or the whole year? Wow I've had bad experiences with customer service but this is worse! One can't rely on u guys when they need urgent help! Poor service I'm still so shocked at these people I spoke to, they have no shame that they tell lies, please train or coach them! Wow!
