PRescribed Debt Still not removed

<p>I had been overseas for a while and when I returned Izwe Loans had listed me on Experian. I consulted a lawyer who then advised that the debt had prescribed and that Izwe Loans should of instructed Experian ages ago to have it removed. For over a month now he has sent Izwe Loans letters regarding this but no response and no removal. I am going to go to the Ombudsman with this. The account numbers in question are 289143 and 306330 these should of all been cleared off my profile with Experian ages ago as they have prescribed. They even lie and told Experian I made payments towards these accounts last year when I havent even been in South Africa, so how could I?</p>
