Poor service

I have app**** for a loan about a week ago, I was told that it was approved and I should contact the consultant who is handling my application by the name of Mmoni. I made contact with her and she told me that she will send the contract to sign last week Thursday after confirmation of my employment. But never received that contract.<br> <br> Friday she called me and requested the 3 months bank statement, which I must send to her email address. but to my suprise, I never received her email address until Today Tuesday I called and asked for her email, she gave it to me and I sent through my Bank statement, after an hour I called her to confirm if she received the statement, she said yes and that she hasn't worked on it, really?<br> <br> and there we go again, she mentioned that she will call me before the end of today to finalize the application, Not suprised at all, she never called or emailed me.<br> <br> I am extremelydisappointed in how you handle things. Please attend to this and give me feedback. No wonder I see so many sad and disappointed people on this page.
