Miscommunication and Misleading

I am rather disgusted with the level of service that I received. Izwe loans misleads people!! I app**** for a loan which was pre-approved and approved, received calls confirming all details Was told that I would receive payment shortly, only to receive another call stating they cannot assist me due to bank verification issues, because My bank account is less than 3 months old. Surely you people should inform customers that this is part of the criteria that needsto be met BEFORE giving them false hope and letting them go through the whole application process for NOTHING!!!! UTTERLY DISGUSTED AND LIVID
