I app**** for a loan at izwe loans on the 29.12.15 I was pre approved for a loan as of this day I am still awaiting for the documentation to be mailed to me I have spoken to numerous call centre agents who have all claimed they have sent me the documents then why didnt I receive anything to top it all off the amount of airtym i spent to contact the call centre where the phne is always ringing or the operator says they are unable to take your call at the moment Starting to think this is a ****
