just answer me
Jan mail me and told me his system show that I can apply for a loan and consolidate other loans , I send all my docs but don't get any answers , if the loan is declined why can't he just say so. Yesterday I send 3 mails , today 2 , is it so difficult for him to just told me the loan has been declined? I can see he reads the mail. This is really very bad service.
