Izwe Loans and NuDebt

In 2013 I app**** for loans via Izwe loans Johannesburg, later that year I have been retrenched, and I have submitted all my documents to them where they said that there is insurance on these loans, so all said and left their in 2017 they sended me a mail to say I owe them +-R56000 after inquiring them they said that the insurance has been only for 6 months, my question is why did they LIE to me when applying for this why not coming back to me with the correct info, NOW I am blacklisted, all fare but then a Company called NuDebt bought over that debt and they closed the file because of the credit that came to age, so they informed me that the file has been closed, for over a month now and endless mails between me and Izwe and Nudebt They don't even send a reply back.

All I want is give me a mail with the way forward to get my name cleared so that I can move on and be able to buy a flat so that I can get my son a proper place to stay, but they don't care, very quick to give loans, but lazy to reply on emails and to assist a person, I have also lodged a complain to the NCR.
