ITC UPDATE
Good day,<br> <br> I took a loan with Izwe and I was 3months in arrears. I managed to settle the account in 2013 Septemember and I received a paid up letter from Anneth but what I have noticed when I requested my credit report from experian is I am still listed by Izwe. I have sent them numerous e-mail and tried to col but I am not getting any help from their playful call centre Agents and their branches does the same. All I want is my profile to be updated on ITC that I have settled that account and full and it has been closed. Account number 307399. I want this done and the confirmation to be sent to with immediate effect.
