ITC record not update, Izwe not providing me with paid up letter

Izwe loan ID a nonsense company n they are good at damaging other people's reputation. I have been calling their offices since asking for paid up letter n my record to be update on ITC. They promised to do so but up to now nothing happened, my account was settled on the 15 of December 2019 and up to date my record is not updated on ITC. I worked so hard so hard to settle this account. They can even see on their system that my account is settled but it's so hard for them to provide me with the paid up letter n send my record to ITC, now my credit score is not improving due to that. Is been 8 months now, last time I called they promised to update my record, now they are not answering their phones nor emails.

I really need help, I'm stucked because of them
