Incompetant Employees

End January I changed from one bank to another. I loaded Izwe as a beneficiary at the new bank, did an EFT so that my account does not go into arrears and emailed them POP.

Futile attempt as they never responded but instead phoned me on 14 Feb to inform me I am in arears. Again I emailed my POP and for the love of Mike, they emailed me to say I am in arrears. In addition they also sent me a letter warning me of the arrears.

This morning I did my next EFT, emailed them the POP and low and behold they phoned me now to tell me I am in arrears.

Incompetant staff dealing with customers and nobody has a clue as to what to do. Please find someone that can help me.

"enables resolution"? You have not sent me the promised email confirming receipt of my payment and neither that my account is up to date. So forget the pretentious grammar and rather resolve this issue at hand because the re****ion has been disabled. What a joke.
