Duplicated false credit info

I got my latest credit report and only toa find out that the have a loan that I apparently took out with them yet they have no proof of paying the funds over to me.

I spoke to one of their collectors and she said she would be investigating and providing me with feedback guess who is still waiting? I know that they are somehow part of hopon loans of which I do have to settle but how negative is ones credit score when two identical default accounts appear?
