DO NOT WANT TO CHANGE DEBIT ORDER DATE
Per contract it is my responsibility to notify a supplier of change in banking details and date of debit order.
I have now several times requested to change the debit order date to the 1st of everymonth but they still keep it on the fifteenth. I explained to them quite clear that my employer transfer the money on the fifteeth, that means it does not always reach my account on the fifteenth, therefore a more appropriate date would be the 1st, furthermore my employer told us that as from January our salaries will be on the last business day of each month.
Now they don't want to change the date because the emploeyr verbally informed us. I am not in the country to get the HR to write a letter.
Izwe this will be your responsibility. you have been legally notified of changes, and you are choosing not to adhere to it.
Should you not respond amicably and fix your stupidity we will meet each other at the NCR.
I have also request a statement of account several times without any response. ITS my legal right to receive a statement!!!!
