Delays in response

Was contacted with a pre-approval offer. After using a loan sourcing company l.<br> Submitted the necessary documents. No response, <br> Called to follow up, had to submit docs a second time. No feedback, emailed, called, asked to submit docs once again. I requested a prompt response after waiting almost 2 weeks. Was promised a prompt response as the application was pending a week and half going in 2 weeks. Did not get response until I called back again only to be told that my application had been declined. Resulting in a delay of other sorts as I could've app**** elsewhere <br> I totally get that the app is subject to final approval, but Izwe loans need to jack up their response time. Some ppl apply as they need to see to something urgently. To be kept waiting and having to spend money to call back and email over again is very upsetting, then at the end after waiting so long, to be told that you've not been approved. Although the consultants were very friendly their turnaround time to respond is very bad.
