Debit order

I have send several e-mails to Melissa Johnson, requesting to change my debit order date as per notification from my employer that we will get salaries on the 3rd of the month from October 2016. Nothing was change from Izwe Loans. Then on the 20 Feb 2017 they run a debit order for R943.71 ref ********** 246. When contacting them they explain that they had a system problem. And they can't refund the money, because then my account will show that I'm in arears, because of my debit order date 3rd of the next month. After and huge argument they refund the money to me. Om the 3rd of March 2017 they run a debit rder for Feb 2017 and for March 2017. see below the explaination received from Zeze Peterson ;

Kindly take note of the following infomation below.

The February payment will then be taken on the 3/3/2017, as well as the March payment, as per notification via letter that your pay date has moved to the 3rd.Should we not recieve both payments, your account will fail into arrears and that will be listed on your credit profile.

Hence the suggestion was for you to leave the February payment as is and then we will only debit on the 3/3/2017 for March.
We are trying to assist you, so ensure your credir profile is not affected.

Thus on the 3rd of April the payment for March 2017 will again run meaing that I'll have paid my loan in advance again. I'm not happy the way they wanted to work, thus what will happen to the interest paying every month on my loan ?

I have contacted Melissa and Zeze, with out any success, I think this company causing *****e to unexpected people having a loan with them.
