Bad Service /**** Quote ***

<p>I was phoned and the whole loan was done over the phone on 10/01/2017, i was told i would receive a quote to sign. I never did receive that quote.</p> <p> </p> <p>I emailed and phoned, almost 3 weeks later i have received a quote with details i did not provide. I was told to fax the conpleted forms and supporting docs. I got an OK, Izwe did not get it. I was told i should email, i was told to use ********** That did not work as it gives an error, so i phoned again, i was told that miracously now the quote was there but not payslips. I kept on explaining myself but the consultant keep on telling me to email it.... what a joke. </p> <p> </p> <p>No one seems to care, no one listened. One month and 3 days later, is this company for real?????? A loan for my student son's registration and i sold stuff as this is such a *****</p>
