Bad service in general

I app**** for a loan over a month ago..<br> <br> I sent all the required documentation. And they never cam back to me.<br> Then a month later they tell me that the loan that I app**** for was still available.<br> I had to resend them all the documents that I initially sent.<br> After I sent the documents, I phoned in to confirm that they had received it.<br> A week later I phoned in to find out what the status was, they told me that they were still waiting on documents?<br> <br> I sent it for the third time, - today I made about 10 calls to the call centre just to get the phone dropped in my ear.<br> <br> I will not recommend anyone to approach them for a loan, you are wasting valuable time where you could have just gone elsewhere.<br> <br>
