AN INCOMPETANCE AGENTS FROM IZWE LOAN AND SSDA

<p>Good Morning,</p> <p>I took loan at IZWE LOAN in 2014 an amount of 8000, and started paying in 2016 due to I was unemployed then. In 2016 I got a job in order for me to pay my debts. Then my account was handed to their laywers by the name of SSDA an agent called with regards of payment which we agreed upon that an 850 from january 2016 can be deducted and the balance brought forward was R11149.65. They kept deductiong their money as agreed . Then its 2017 my account is fully paid with an amount of R14089.65. Then suddenly an Izwe loan agent calls and says I owe them R 5011.63 I called the laywers they handed me over they said the account has been shut or closed on their side therefore they canniot help me. When calling Izwe loan they keep on saying my account has been escalated. I spoke to Millicent, and Leichia Barnard who keeps on saying it has escalated but I m so tired and drained emotional to such an extent I am now in hello peter to take out frustration hence they are not willing to assist. WHAT I DNT UNDERSTAND IS THAT HOW CAN THEY HAND ME TO THEIR LAYWERS WHICH I PAID FULLY AND PROMISED A PAID LETTER BY THE NAME OF GRACE MOLOI AN INCOMPETANCE AGENT I HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS WITH IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!! FROM SSDA. THE IZWE LOAN AGENTS CANT HELP ME EITHER. I JUST WANT TO WARN PEOPLE THAT IZWE LOAN DO NOT BOTHER YOURSELF GOING THERE FOR LOANS COS CLEARLY THEY ARE UNPROFFESSIONALS, THEY DNT TAKE SERIOUSLY OF THEIR CLIENT LIKE ANY OTHER PROFFESSIONALS COMPANIES OUT THERE. I GUS I WAS DESPERATE AND STUPID THINKING THEY ARE PROFFESIONALS. SO SO DISPPOINTED AND IRATE CLIENT, THEY TAKE ME FOR GRANTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!
