Agent told me to pay him 10% of my loan amount

This Daniel Chuene character was supposed to help me apply for a loan, he asked for all my relevant documents which I submitted to him on the very same day. He then asked me if I am blacklisted and I said no (which I am actually not, I just have a low credit score). He told me he would need an admin fee of R500 which I have to pay before he starts processing my application, stupid me paid the \admin fee". He told me my application has been approved for 12 000 which should be deposited into my account the next day but when this happens I would have to pay 10% of that 12 000. I then received a call from a lady by the name of Malebo who told me that my loan has been approved but she wanted to confirm with me if I understood the terms and conditions"
