Unreliable transport and the driver

I paid on the 01 of May 2026 paid R2000 for my daughter and Siyanda Zulu he's the one transporting them to school, they heard an argument with my daughter saying the transport is unreliable so on Monday 11th May he too her to school and he decided not to pick her up I request for her other transport. I tried calling telling he must pay us the balance cz he is nolonger transporting her. Now he blocked me.
