Took my money for nothing

Took my money for no service at all. I gave them a t shirt to print and the artwork to be printed, they printed incorrect, I bought another t shirt for them to correct their mistake as they said, came out worse than the one before. when I asked for my refund they wanted to give me R52.00 I just told them to keep it, they must bring back my T shirts, to my surprise took them 5 weeks to get back to me even then I was the one calling them, they said they have both my T shirts I can come collect, I went they gave a paper bag with one t **** and I only noticed that when I got into the car and opened the bag, when I went back to ask what happened to the other t shirt, they actually accused me of *****ing a t shirt. They are not professional and their people including the principal woman very old to be my mother was very rude. Will never use that *** company ever. Please do not use them they are nonsense, taking people's money for nothing.
