Bad service. No service

Calling and messaging everyday just for a quote. From the start they mentioned that I will get a quote in 24 hours. It's been over a week and the only response that I get is. We will send it tomorrow..... If they can't manage to do a quote I can't imagine how they will manage to do an order. Very unprofessional,
