Unauthorised debit order

An amount of R299 was deducted of my account without being authorized. I googled the reference Iziphi and all the hits were for complaints on Hello Peter for ********** debit orders. The number that I had to call was ********** however they referred me to ********** (number is not working) I called again and was given ********** surprise surprise no one is answering.
