Useless service from Inzinkuni Furniture

I purchased a bed from Izinkuni Furniture like almost 2 weeks ago. I have been advised that my order would be delivered last week Friday/Saturday 13th/14th. Those days came and went and no delivery, then I was told not to worry my order will be delivered this Monday 16th July 2018 but also this never happend then after numerous calls to these people I was told my bed will be delivered to me yesterday 17th July 2018. Once this arrived at my house they informed us that this is not the bed that we ordered, come on how the hell do you deliver something if you did not order that item??????? And then they offloaded this and they left informing us that this is a better product that we purchased. The problem with this so called better product is that this was not what I ordered and is unacceptable for them to only inform us when they got to the delivery address and the best part of this the base of the bed and the matress clour dont match at all, so I must just be happy with this then??????. Then you get RUDE PEOPLE LIKE EUGENE AT THIS COMPANY. I am the customer and if this is the type of service they give you as a customer, not acceptable. They never learned that the customer is always right, instead I was told to go f^#& off. Real proffensial service from these clowns. I want my bed delivered today Wed 18/07/2018!!!!!!!!!!
