Funeral Policy

<p>According to the sms recived from the company i have a funeral policy in Durban with the company ********** 624 customer service and they cant even tell me what is in my policy and who is coverd under my policy and they dont my ID number but they are able to debit my account which was declined. Phoned to check on my policy they will call me back after they send an email to the manager. Funeral Policy is R85.00 a month based in Durban and I am in Johannesburg.</p>
