Bad disgusting attitude

Went to mr price festival mall today to go an exchange some item and there were two ladies at the door wearing mr price t-shirts and they had bad stincking attitude, we tell them that we came to exchange and rudely Monique asked for slip we explained that the slip is lost and she while other one which is Mokgadi busy with the paper she was filling Monique then said bring plastic i explain that the plastic is ackermans plastic and theres clothes inside that we going to exchange she then grab the plastic without my permision, whrn then request manager the manager apologised and asked them to apologise then Mokgadi did but Monique did not and still had attitude that how rude she was cant even apologise
