Poor Management S****s

<p>The manager, Shame Gumburi failed to reserve a booking for me after I specifically requested a date for my family and I. I would not have known that he did not reserve the booking had I not communicated with him 2 days before the requested date. He gave me the 'unfortunaley you did not book the date story'. That is BS, I reserved the date; he on the other side failed to book the date and mail me the invoice to confirm the booking. I'm really not pleased with his service; he is unprofessinal, refused to take responsibility and really doesn't know how to run such an establishment! Then he has the nerve to say book an alternative date for half price; BOY PLEASE!!!!!</p>
