What a disappointment!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Something that was supposed to be special and exciting they have the ability to turn sour and stressful.

I placed an order for flowers of almost R800 for a bride-to-be, which was never delivered after 2 days of regular follow-up from my side. They have no urgency, no communication skills and give no feedback unless forced. Each day ended with confirmation that the driver was en route to make the delivery just for the bride-to-be to sit empty handed both days, me being ashamed to cause more stress for the bride a few days before her wedding. After empty promises, still no reason as to why after 2 days flowers can't be delivered I, at least got my money back.

Do not make the same mistake I did, NEVER use Izami Florist!
