I would like to give this business no stars, but your platform does not allow this; I ordered a birthday gift via flowers4south africa, who use izami florist in bloemfontein to carry out the order The order was made 3 days prior to birthday; delivery could not be made on birthday, because it being a saturday I asked for friday saturday, gift not delivered on friday Izami phone message says office hours are monday to friday 8 to 5, and saturday 9 to 1 They didn't answer calls the whole of saturday morning Flower4 south africa advised on saturday via e mail at about 13h00 that delivery had been made by izami florist ( their designated provider) No parcel received by monday - despite the false info to flowers4 south africa that delivery had been made Called Izami florist at 9.15 monday morning, they undertook to investigate and revert within 15 minutes I called back at 11h00 on monday, they had no feedback, and were waiting for an email they had sent ( I asked why they could not have called?) They undertook to call and revert within 15 minutes All I got from Izami was delaying tactics and an inability to advise what was happening to my parcel delivery Eventually flowers4 south africa cancelled the order and have undertaken to refund within 10 days This shoddy, unprofessional service is totally unacceptable - also the Izami florist advising me on monday that they are closed on friday and saturday, but this is not what the phone message, or the website advisers This business is unprofessional, *********** and does not care about what they do to the customers orders
