Not impressed

<p>Last Sunday I joined a friend for coffee at Izabella's at Eden on the Bay and I had never been there before. There was only one other table with a gentleman there working on a laptop and they were closing in about 45 min. The staff were friendly and when I saw they were preparing to close, the gentleman was walking around, moving chairs etc and I realised he was from the establishment, I asked him if we could have the bill please. He rep**** that He didnt work there. I apologised and found a waitress to assist. My friend who goes there often was shocked and said that the gentleman was the owner!!! I confirmed this when the waitress brought the bill. I have been in Hospitality for many years both in management and as a coffee shop owner. I am horrified that he wasnt even prepared to assist seeing as I am one of HIS paying patrons. I will not be going back there.</p>
