Initially, Mr Postma provide written quotations to prospective clients and later to be found that all contact, address, and company information is not legitimate.</p> <p>Mr Postma, furthermore, requesting for clients a deposit before accepting any work. This deposit is then so-called used to buy material cash. Regarding the aforesaid, Mr Postma then disappear with the deposits and not rendering the service or material. In some cases, court judgements were granted for the indebtedness to clients which stays unpaid due to his inability to make good.</p> <p>Even poor pensioners are ******* by his modus operandi.</p> <p> </p>
