IXU - Cricket Bat / Broken / Customer service don’t care

My son bought an IXU enigma cricket bat a couple of months ago with pocket money he saved for almost a year.

The bat broke at the toe and was send in for repair. First game he played the complete bat toe broke of. Unfortunately I can’t post pictures.

When I want to send it in again I was told the bat was abused and will not repair again.

This bat was my sons pride and joy.

Now I sit with a bat that’s broken and u repairable
