IXU Bats Broke - Numerous Times

Bought my son a ixu bat 7months ago.

Bat was broken after a week or two on the toe.

Ixu repaired the bat, but there was still a crack.

Please note

That ixu have a 6 month breakage guarantee.

The bat broke a month or so ago again.

When I send the bat it on a Tuesday I only received it back the following Thursday.

Please note that they have a policy of the bat is not replaced within 7 working days it’s free.

I had to pay for this... As the rep forgot to deliver the bag the previous day.

The bat broke again after a week.

The initial crack on the toe of the bat was the start of the problems.

The bat was not oiled when I send it in for repairs.

Bad service. Bad attitude. From IXU.

So now I sit with a broken bat that still look brand new.

Pathetic!
