Very Bad service, its a ****

I have had a very very bad experience with this company I regret ever ordering from them. I ordered a U shaped Couch from the on the 26th of February till today, I have no idea what is going on. they do not communicate what so ever. I have tried to call then numerous times and for some reason their phones never go through or they are never answered. they never respond to WhatsApp messages or emails. today I decided to conduct an experiment, I asked a friend of mine to message them and put a new order, they responded in a heart beat and still ignored my messages. all thy want to do is collect money from people and they do not deliver. Today I have asked them to refund me all my money, as usual, they go online and never respond.
