Terrible Service

Very Disappointed with their Service, very very terrible.. I bought a couch which they had initially said will be delivered after 6weeks but got it on the 12 week which I had to run after them with , sometimes they would just ignore my text messages and not respond.. so I had paid extra for the legs that I wanted on the couch which they apparently didn’t find so they had to refund me the difference and I still had to run after them, they always have excuses, it’s either the tablet was ****** they didn’t see my texts of the Accounts lady is off sick, been running after them for almost 3weeks now for my refund.. they make great furniture but their service is disgusting I’d rather go to another furniture store.
