Stay fat away from Ixotrix

Ixotrix is a joke!!!! ********** of the highest quality. I ordered an ottoman which was supposed to take 2-4 weeks to manufacture and 6 months later I was still chasing after them. Every time you call you speak to a different person and they operate from what seems to be their personal cell numbers so they will block you like they did to me. Eventually after chasing them and demanding a full refund they delivered the wrong item. I told them to take it back and refund me my money. They said they would bring the correct item the following day. Never happened…A month later after chasing them for my refund they delivered an ottoman but requested the use of my extension cord so they could connect a drill to finish assembling the ottoman. They were actually finishing off the assembly of the ottoman at my front door using my extension cord and electricity. Needless to say it was a rushed job and the ottoman looked like it was a repair job done on one that had been returned by another dissatisfied customer. They took it back and after 2 months of chasing up and threatening to open up a case of ***** the ottoman was delivered. The quality of the workmanship is shocking. I kept it because I did not have the energy for more back and forth with them but I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. Their online profile does not even allow you to comment/ write reviews….I can’t say I am surprised by that. They really give black owned businesses a bad name in an environment where people are trying to establish themselves.
