Poor service delivery

Good Day

We ordered a couch on the 20th July 2020. We haven't recieved our couch as yet. Nobody is making means to update us, we have to constantly call the business to update us.

Weekly we get a different story regarding our ordered product.

IXOTRIX advertises beautiful products but the service is extremely poor. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

What a horrible first time experience from them.
