Never buying from them again

After going to their warehouse daily to demand my couch. I eventually got it. They are masters of excuses and non-communication. 1st they said they received too many Black Friday orders and can’t keep up, second they fired previous staff because of not responding to clients and taking on too many orders, this excuse their electricity kept tripping in their warehouse so no work could be done!

I told them to stop making their problems mine! Clearly they enjoy receiving the monies but don’t want to deliver. OMG i gave those ladies an earful, and told them I’m not covering delivery costs for a couch that was supposed to be received weeks ago. their products are of good quality shame although the couch has a bit of a Woody smell but I’m NEVER buying from them again
