Ixotrix is full of tricks don't waste you time and money

The worst service ever! Absolutely no regard for the customer at all.

I placed my order and paid my deposit on 26 Aug 2020. I was informed it would take 6-8 weeks (07Sept2020) to complete and be ready for collection. It wasn't until 14 Oct 2020 I was told I could come collect, only to find they had used the wrong material. At this point the owner assured me that since I had arranged transport for myself but they had the wrong couch/material, they would correct my order and have it ready and deliver for free by weekend of 24/25 Oct 2020. This never happened, after many attempts to get clarity and ignored messages/calls I got a call from someone who they referred to as the manager on 06 Nov 2020 claiming the couch is almost done and would be delivered on 10 Nov 2020 and this never happened. On 12 Nov 2020 I called and spoke to Shereen to ask for my deposit to be refunded and she pleaded with me to give a last chance and that she would take ove my order and would speak to the factory manager in order to get a definate delivery date, to which I agreed. Shereen called me back and told me that the factory manager says the couch would be ready and delivered on 18 Nov 2020. This did not happen and again I requested my deposit be refunded to which i was given the owner's number Miriam to call.

I immediately contacted her on the same day 18 Nov 2020, making her aware of all the trouble and excuses I have had to put up with and asked for my deposit to he refunded to which she responded by pleading with me and assuring me that she would personally see to it that my couch is delivered by 20 Nov 2020. This did not happen and my money is still not been refunded
