Ixotrix furniture ********

I ordered and fully paid for a couch August 2020. I asked for delivery in December 2020. Shereen promised delivery before the 25th December 2020. When I asked why they didn't delivery ibwas told they had no idea how far my couch was and would get back to me by the 11th January 2021. After getting no feedback I was promised delivery by End of Jan 2020, then 1 February and that I would have to pay more for delivery. I still didn't get the couch. Disgusting and absolutely pathetic, and ******* service.
