Extremely terrible service.

We ordered a wall to wall headboard on the 8th of Aug. A lady by the name of Nokthula told us that it'll take 2-4 week for them to deliver. We didn't have our wall measurements when we placed an order then we sent the measurements to them same day. 6 weeks later we called them to ask what's happening the they told us that they're waiting for measurements which we sent on the 8th Aug. We gave them measurements again. 8 weeks later we called again since no one is saying anything and the measurements story came up again. I asked for my money and they told me that I should give them a week then they'll deliver. 10 weeks later I drove to their office in Midrand when I get there was told the measurements story again. Told them I want my money then the owner said money Will be deposited in my account I'm yet to see if they will honour that. Be careful when dealing with them. Empty promises waya waya TSOTSIS.
