Do not use ixotrix

Very unhappy with the poor service. Lack of communication and just bad all round . Paid 70% in August for a bed . After begging and pleading for paula to deliver. She deliverd end of october and on top of it all it wasnt even the colour we ordered. The manageress call to appologise and promised to deliver in a week. 3 weeks later not even a telephone call. I have enough of lying and excuses and poor service. I feel ****** and cheated and inhave paid hem in full. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
