Appalling service and rude staff!!!!

Do yourself a favor and dont ever ever ever order from these *******. I ordered a couch from their black friday special Nov 2021 and till today I still have not received it. They refuse to deliver the couch and refuse to refund me. They are nothing but a bunch of ******** and *******.
