Annoyed client

I paid a deposit for a couch to Ixotrix in October 2020 and had to constantly make follow ups on the progress of the order. The salesperson ended up not replying back to my messages. Dealt with different reps. and also didnt get any joy. After nuemerous follow ups with empty promises i ended up cancelling the order. Its 3 months down the line the refund has still not been finalised. Calling the shop/ office is a nightmare, they put you on hold while they chat and laugh in the background... So rude and unproffessional. Maria who is supposedly the manager is the same, no idea how she got the position. She's now not taking my calls nor even replying back to my messages. Poor service is an understatement for this company, the service is just disgusting. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.. ********.
