Worst Office Furniture Company in SA

Please be aware and warned that you should NEVER buy office furniture from IXAXA Office Furniture. The main person is called Ian. After I paid for my order in February 2020, up to date, nothing has been delivered. His excuses ranges from mails that got lost, to supplier problems to blatant lies. He does not answer your mails, even though he reads them. I ordered and paid for 3 office chairs in February. Nothing happened. E-mails were sent and never answered. Then after getting hold of him eventually, he had more lies to tell. Then the chairs would be finished in 5 days. That was 28 March. That did not happen. On 12 June I mailed him and he responded that the chairs would be delivered on Monday before 2pm. After inquiring by mail yesterday for which I have a delivered and read receipt, no response. I phoned this morning, he was on the phone but would get back to me ASAP - still and AGAIN, NOTHING. The long and short is that these people in actual fact stole my money as what I have paid for was never delivered. And Ian will always phone you back in 5 minutes which NEVER happens. His 5 minutes is now more than 2 hours. Stay away!!
