Zero Rating. bad, *********** and ********* Service.

I Could rate a Zero if I could. Been insured with Old mutual for my electronics. My Car was Jammed (Car jamming) at a Hospital in Durban. reported to the SAPS, Car was checked and locked in the Boot but they have declined my Claim as "Unattended vehicle" I have further taken this up but still no assistance or explanation. dealt with Line manager Matsidiso Mpini and consultant Siphiwe Shabangu. I will resort to the Ombuds if omni sure does not deal with this ethically as my premiums have been up to date since commencement of Policy. (Client: Phelelani Langa)
