Zero promises kept by Iwyze insurance

The worst service I've ever had with an insurer. Empty promises. Promise to cover my car but never did. Their retention department is useless, full of empty promises. I would never recommend anyone from my family or close friends to insure with them. Today is the 13th, I'm still waiting for a call from them to cover my car...like really. Useless service provider. Poor customer care.
